2019 The beginning

In the early months of 2019, I embarked on the captivating journey of simracing, The impetus behind this endeavor was a passioned love for the sport of racing, coupled with the pragmatic acknowledgment of the financial constraints that barred me from pursuing a tangible career in the realm real life motorsports. Over the course of my initial year immersing myself in the complexity of virtual driving, I devoted a considerable amount of my time to unraveling the idiosyncrasies of diverse automotive models and comprehending the underlying mechanics that govern their behavior. My virtual racing escapades primarily unfolded within the dynamic realms of F1 2019 and Project Cars 2, two arcade simulators that served as the crucible for honing my skills and nurturing a profound understanding of vehicular dynamics. Through an analytical lens, I dissected the nuances of each simulated vehicle, discerning the subtleties that dictated their responses in diverse driving scenarios. This experiential yourney not only satiated my thirst for the adrenaline-laden pursuit of speed but also evolved into a cerebral exercise, fostering an intellectual communion with the intricacies of automotive physics

2020-2021 F1 Challenger series

After completing my first year of driving on the simulator, an insatiable desire to attain the pinnacle of achievement in the official Formula 1 games ignited within me. Fueled by this passion I embarked on an intense training scheme dedicating nearly every day to honing my skills for an intense 1.5-year period. The combination of my relentless efforts materialized when I soared to the top 80 ranks during the fiercely competitive Challengers series on F1 2021. Despite consistently achieving top 60 times in time trial and hot lap events, a lingering sense of incompleteness persisted within me. It was an enigma that transcended mere statistics. Despite my month-by-month improvement and the evolution of my driving an indispensable element eluded me leaving me with an unwavering sense that there was still something more to be discovered and mastered on the virtual tracks.

2021-2022 Assetto Corsa Competitione

Upon completing the exhilarating Challengers series in F1 2021, I decided to embark on a new virtual racing journey by immersing myself in Assetto Corsa Competizione. Over the course of a year spent navigating crafted tracks and mastering the intricacies in this racing simulator, I found myself drawn to a new challenge – putting my skills against professional drivers. The transition from "casual" gaming to competing at a professional level was a thrilling yet demanding endeavor, requiring me to refine my techniques and hone my racing instincts. Now, having tasted the intensity of competition among seasoned pros, I have emerged with a wealth of experience and insights into the complex racing techniques of virtual racing. 2023

2023 was an extraordinary year for my (sim) racing career, from driving for a relatively unknown team to driving for one of the biggest teams in automotive history, from not driving in real life for over 2 years to immediately winning prizes in the race car that i’ve built on my own. At the beginning of the year I drove for a relatively small team and did some championships for them where I ended up on the podium almost every race, my performances were noticed by several other teams and I decided to drive for my second team (Big Brain Racing). Having done only a few races with them I got an offer in July that I couldn’t resist, I got the chance to drive for the well-known Brabham eSports and Rocket Simsport team and very quickly drove against the most skilled Simracing drivers in the world. Notable mentions are ADAC professional trophy (top 20), VCO x Simgrid (P4), GO setups 24H Suzuka (P3) and being a reserve driver for SRO GT World Challenge IGTC Endurance Series. In December I began to race in real life on Circuit Park Zandvoort, driving in an actual car felt almost the same as I imagined, and came really close to the way driving feels on the simulator. In December 2023 I’ve done a racing course which went really well. I enjoyed the course a lot and ended up being in first place. I feel like my sim helped me a lot to accomplish this first place. I am extremely grateful for the opportunities that i’ve had this year and we’ll keep pushing into 2024!
